DART Customer/Security Issue

DART Security Access Forms

Customers Requesting DART Access For The First Time:
New customers whether using our interstate or Midstream (Intrastate) pipeline systems will need to read the DART Security Process summary and submit the following documents:
1. DART System License Agreement for the appropriate pipeline group – there is one for Interstate Pipelines and one for Midstream (Intrastate) Pipeline groups.
2. A DART Security Administrator (DSA) for the appropriate Pipeline group

DART System License Agreement/DSA Request Form Using Docusign:

The links below will take you to a Docusign form that will allow you to automatically send the form for signature to the appropriate parties. Before starting please note the following:
  • The person requesting access to DART/DSA access cannot be the same person that is approving access.
  • As stated in the license agreement, the approver of the document, must have the authority to enter into this Agreement and to authorize the appointment of the DSA and other representatives, who will be authorized to enter and to execute service agreements, amended service agreements, discount or negotiated rate agreements, or other agreements or contracts in the DART System.
  • You must know either your GID or DUNS to complete the form. If you do not know or have a GID please email dartsystemsecurity@kindermorgan.com for assistance.
  • If you need access to both Interstate and Midstream please complete the All Pipelines form.
